I had pre-ordered Euros online and I had to collect today as the rates change on the 31st, this was fine until I try the door to collect it and it's already locked despite there being people inside. One of the workers signalled they were closed despite it saying online and on the door they were meant to be open till 5:30. Had to take out money from their cash point and the rate was no where near as good, not happy.
