Dundee Council are the worst council to get any information from over 2 days and left hanging on phone for 18 minutes on average. But quick to demand money for their poor service. I now have to cancel a job in Dundee and look elsewhere for the workforce.
“Dirty” council as it still invests in fossil fuels while the latest IPCC report shows “code red for humanity”. People in this office approve car-dependant infrastructure, failing to meet Air Quality goals and protect the environment .
I have visited the place 3 times in the last month and the service has always been efficient and with hardly any queues. Staff is very well informed and trained and they solved and adviced expertly on all my queries. I contacted different staff for both Council Tax matters and for the Council Pension Fund and the help was always outstanding. Thank you Dundee City Council for providing such a great service.
Dundee City Council offers great services with customer friendly features at their office. For council taxes, debt management, advice and other council related matters you can visit the office and they are constantly updating their services to make it more customer friendly.
Absolute joke of a council. Parked outside my own flat just over a yellow line because of all the idiots taking up the parking spaces for Bonfire night, and I get a fine! How about you stop people taking parking spaces that don't belong to them, maybe you could actually do your jobs and allocate proper parking for events like this! Scumdee at its finest.
Painters came and did a decent job but, when on inspection the following morning I noticed a fair sized white paint dab on my not cheap border. I phoned the housing and was told that i would have to put in an insurance claim. All I want is for the painters to remove said Paint dab. Why all this insurance nonsense. Help !!
Dundee House offers outstanding customer service facilities. Very good system for managing the queue. And the persons attending are very well informed and are very efficient. Always been helpful
Have made vast improvenents over the years to better public services. The modernised building now known as Dundee House offers excellent customer service facilities.
