Best pub food I’ve ever had! The menu offered lots of great options, but my boyfriend and I settled for ox cheek and horseradish mash from the specials menu. The meat melted in my mouth, credit to the chef and owners for creating such a wonderful meal. Thanks so much to the owner for making us feel so welcome. Great atmosphere and food - would definitely recommend!
What a gem of a restaurant!! Very nicely decorated in classic country pub style, really nice staff!, and the food was out of this world! Really tasty, great portions and loaded with fillings! Very good prices, too, around £11-12 per main. Very good selection of drinks, especially gin, local Chase gin served. 100% recommend.
Very busy. Make sure you book. Staff were all polite and helpful. Only thing wrong was, as a vegan although there was a choice, i.e nut roast as a main and lovely chocolate brownie for dessert. There was no vegan ice cream to go with it

Duke of York Inn hosted the ten of us for a wonderful Christmas dinner last night. Generous helpings, very friendly staff and landlord and the perfect cosy interior that was everything we could have hoped for. Thank you!

Lovely pub. Visiting area for a wedding. Nice, classic pub grub. Everything really reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Were even kind enough to give us a lift back to our Airbnb rather than have to trek back through the fields. Make sure you swing in if you're in the area!
We were staying in Ledbury and found this pub on the way to Tewkesbury and decided to have our evening meal there. We had a nice meal outside the front of the pub and we're served well by the staff all evening. The food was great and the beer was kept well too. If we are ever in the area again we will use it again as it is a nice out of the way country pub.
Had lasagne and the squash curry with sticky toffee and lemon pofett to finish. Traditional pub grub and lovely atmosphere
