What a great pub. Super friendly staff, a great range of beers and the Sunday lunch was awesome. Big portions, great tasting food and amazing crackling. Nothing was to much trouble and it was nice not to be rushed. Extremely dog and child friendly with a roaring log fire… where can you go wrong. The menus is well priced and contains pub classics. Simple, tasty and worth a stop off if passing by.
Wonderful place .. the food the service .. all GREAT. Thank you
What a lovely Lunch we had in a typical Country Pub Great Atmosphere with polite Staff and we had a wonderful 3course Meals which were great value for money. We shall return.
Visited on a sunny day so sat in the lovely beer garden. Great climbing frame and space in the shade for the kids and the garden itself was well maintained and clean. Another bonus is being visited by Murphy the dog! We ate, food review was mixed for our party... kids burgers very nice although they could have had a few more chips. Sunday beef roast was fab, veggie lasagne good. Disappointing ploughman's... very small amount of cheese and one slice of ham which seemed stingy. Inside looked Lovely and the toilets were clean!
Great pub, friendly staff, dog friendly, really reasonably priced! We visited twice while staying in the local area for the long weekend. Murphy, the resident dog was just lovely! Sunday lunch was great for the price, would recommend the sticky toffee pudding!
This is the second time this year we have come down for the Malvern Caravan show and each time we have had a Sunday lunch here absolutely beautiful, would highly recommend, you will definitely see us next year There was 6 of us and everyone said the same thing . Mrs Helen Hillier
Top beer. Very good pub food with a solid basic menu and specials, including pie of the day, children's portions and some sides. Great secure play area for the kids. Outdoor seating with heating for smokers not that I smoke. Dog friendly. Great staff. Friendly, welcoming, hard working and always helpful beyond the call of duty. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Love this place. Never too busy, lovely garden to sit out and eat. A very traditional put. Great food and a lovely pint. Certainly worth a visit if in the area.
Excellent food and staff were very friendly.
Brilliant little country pub. Good range of Ales. Good Food. Very polular with the locals so if you want to eat,... Plan Ahead & Book. Brilliant well fed Log Fire, just what's needed on a January night.
