The Annex room was very cosy , absolutely spotless, bed very comfy , the young girl on reception was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again. The sunday roast was delish.
We stayed in a family room in the cottage which was extremely clean and well fitted out. My son loved his separate bedroom. The food in the pub was fantastic and all the staff in the hotel and pub were lovely - nothing was too much trouble. They really adhered to the social distancing rules which was reassuring. We will be back.
Good location and good price! Only 10 mins walk to the hovercraft and Clarence pier. It's also great that they offer a free parking permit to hotel guests. Only downside; we stayed in the cottage in the downstairs family room and could hear every footstep in the room above...
Stayed here for a night on the first floor. Could not sleep at all! The structure is poor so you can hear constant floor noise from the second floor. Terrible stay and comfort.
