I was mis-sold a mattress that was not suitable for my needs and poses a potential health risk. I have visited the store and was provided with a number for the customer service team. The customer service team are failing to respond to my issues and I have emailed them four times explaining the situation. On my initial visit to the store team seemed knowledgeable and understanding of my needs, after the mattress arrive and I had a very bad sleep in it. I soon realised that the sales team have minimal knowledge of what they claim to be experts in and just wanted a sale. My dispute remains on going and Dreams continue to be non-responsive!

Neil the salesman was fabulous, we tried the bed that tells you what mattress firmness is best for you, he never pushed us into anything. We did buy a new bed and pillows. Great shop

We bought a king-size mattress and bed from them. Wide range of bedding goods, friendly service. Free car parking. Even have a machine to test which mattress range is most suited to you!
We visited the store by appointment just after reopening in June 20, Everything was in place , masks,gloves and hand gel, the staff maintained social distancing throughout our visit , there was ample opportunity to try different mattresses and the protective covers were changed for each mattress, Great service from friendly staff
My wife and i went mattress shopping...we were lucky as there was a sale on both at Dreams and Benson for beds so we were spoilt for choices. We went Dreams where I met Stan the sales assistant. He was very knowledgeable on beds and after trying out a few we decided to purchase not one but two mattress.
