On many visits this would be my review -Nice selection of goods. Great prices. Always plenty of staff around if you ever need to ask for assistance. 
However today was a complete let down. 1 checkout, queue of 15 people (I should have taken a photo) there were 5 members of staff stocking the shopfloor. Not one person came to jump on a till when asked by a customer. No management were visible. No one in charge. Very poor service, we should have all just walked out.

Very disappointed with the new store in Basildon . Lots of food stuff , not what I imagined it to be . On opening day a manager/ supervisor was on the till wearing a dirty dingy shirt that was once white , now grey . It was much too small and had holes in it.  I would expect them to at least had a decent shirt and tie on. Very scruffy . Prefer home bargains .
