Customer service rep is not very nice. I did manage to change the item, but the lack of warmth from a customer facing role, isn't desirable.  Yes I got my refund but the lady said she couldn't return without a receipt and wasn't willing to help by searching my card or the computer, back to th car to dig around.  I don't think I will go back unless I have to, there are other stores I can drive to. Already I feel like a criminal the way she closely checked the serial number of the item against the box and then commented about my bad repacking skills.   I don't know if the staff are getting pressured, but with the current economic outlook for Argos they might not be around for long. My once perfect one stop shop has changed.

Thank you to the staff for sorting out a confused couple of customers (wife who never gets electronic receipts and a husband that did) who thought they had bought something twice. We're not as daft as you think 😊

Pros: Great range of products, frequent special offers, friendly and helpful staff. 
Cons: Not much seating, no public toilet.
