Back in December 2016 we spent £2500.00 on a bed. Well the bed arrived broken so had to wait for new part. then the speakers stopped working and the iGel mattress is all saggy, I have sent emails letters and tired calling their terrible customer service department and its now end of July and still nothing. 
I even went into the shop on 22nd July and the manager was going to get hold of customer service and ring me but nothing.
Would not recommend this shop at all.

I Have been into this shop over the weekend.  Pricing a mattress up at say £200. But they could not sell me that mattress for £200. They then put on £40 / £50 delivery. I find it disgusting that this can happen, after spending about ½ hour trying out several and choosing one, that they are allowed to add delivery charge( If this is what they are allowed to do by the letter of the law) Does not make it right and it should not be allowed to continue. I could have a courier pick up and deliver a mattress for about £20. So £40 for delivery when they will be delivering a lot of mattress around the area is also way too much. I did not purchase the mattress. I am just concerned how many other people have been Conned this way. After spending an amount of time to choose most people would probably just pay the delivery. I have had to give it 1 star to post this review but it does not deserve 1 star.
