A wonderful experience from start to finish. The showrooms are very welcoming and have a great selection of products and models to choose from. Some of the cabinet styling and door designs are very unique to Wren and they are outstanding. Quality is no less than other non-German competitors to say. They allow for some price flexibility and bargaining, though they start off giving very good discounts anyways. Delivery was very organised and on time. Cant praise enough the packaging, it was very secure and well planned. On the whole I had a very good experience, unlike some of the online reviews. Please go and check out for yourself.

I cannot fault the workmanship and excellent customer service I received when purchasing my kitchen. I have been in contact since and they remain helpful and welcoming and everyone loves my kitchen. Thank you Wren for making this experience so easy and pleasurable.

Very good purchase process. Measure visit, sales pitch and design stage was enjoyable and without drama. The delivery was seamless and then the fitting went extremely well, really didn't have any issues. 6 months later and I still smile when I go into my kitchen

Great service from an enthusiastic team, the Southend showroom houses a vast amount of kitchens and this took most of the stress out of choosing the design, door finish and worktops, the designer came up with a few ideas that we hadn’t thought of and everything from choosing and changing design to delivery went smoothly. I have already recommended Wren to others. Great customer service from everyone that dealt with us and although our kitchen isn't finished yet we love it.

All the staff at the Southend store were fantastic! They were patient as we took so long to decide what to do. But most of all the whole process from start to finish was smooth, with supportive staff and quick. We did not have to wait long for the kitchen to come and then install was a day quicker than quoted. For the next kitchen we will most certainly head straight back to Wren!
