We have been a customer of Harvey Furnishing for many years and always been satisfied with the suites that we bought from them. They were of very good quality and keenly priced and we were always PROUD to mention and recommend Harvey's to our friends and those we knew about how pleased we were with them as a company. NEVER EVER AGAIN. After our last experience this year with buying what would have been our last purchase because of our age, WE can no longer recommend HARVEY'S and the purchase we made. When we complained about the 3 seater and 2 seater not fitting together properly they sent round an 'independent surveyor to look at it and what a load of waffle he told us. Not HAPPY with this we again complained and they then sent another independent company named Home serve around to which we were told it met the TOLERANCES required. There were gaps between seats and backs and on the right hand corners of each suite they were leaning at an angle, After showing Photo's to the Store Manager, we were then told by Harvey's that they had done all they could do and we need to get our own survey done by a Local Furnishing Company. This we did and an appointment was made. When he arrived he told us that they met 'THE MINIMUM REQUIRED STANDARDS' and he would be surprised if Harvey's would do anymore. Our FURNISHING EXPERT then took some of the suite apart and reassembled them as they should have been in the first place and now after paying out of our own pockets for this service, my wife and I are somewhat happy with what we have. HARVEY'S, your service to your customers has hit ROCK BOTTOM and there are certainly stories to tell my acquaintances whenever the occasion arises. Mr. G. Johnson

Although very well constructed furniture... once the item or items have been paid for and delivered all the 'bend over backwards' and 'would you like a coffee and biscuit' niceties are forgotten. Less than 24 hours after said delivery I asked for the insurance cover and it was declined because it had been delivered to my address... so beware

Nice looking furniture. Lots of staff in one area. No one wanted to approach us though.

Customer Service is dreadful... After arguing on Facebook over false advertising they finally realized how they had messed up. Explained that I wanted to order and they said someone would be in touch in 2 days... That was 5 days ago! Terrible Business!
