Great place. All the staff are amazing and the facilities are better than anywhere else we have camped. Thank you for another amazing trip for my son's birthday. And when the car wouldn't start after packing up you had jump leads for us!!! Nice one!

Spent three nights here visiting the caravan show at the NEC. Wardens greeted us on our arrival and showed us to a suitable pitch. Grass was well kept and the grounds were very tidy. We didn't use the facilities but they looked very clean when we looked in on them. Hard standings were all clean and tidy. The site is part of the Drayton Manor theme park which on our visit was quiet so didn't disturb us. TV & internet connection was fine as was the electric connection. Some nice touch's were a Lego train engine and raised beds near the office with vegetables growing in them. A well stocked shop on site and lots of eating places near by. To get the bus which we didn't need would have been a fair walk but as we had a car transport wasn't a problem. On approach road, brown signs could do with disentangling from the over grown bushes as we haven't been here before and weren't sure of the way but we managed to find our way OK. All in all a pleasant site which we would recommend to others.

British campsites are a bit precious. Got charged £5 at one in Northern Ireland to deal with our plumbing but at least they were friendly and had nice facilities. Just got pulled up on my manners for not calling and asking these guys when I checked reception which was closed and their water station is outside the camp grounds. I also walked in to empty the toilet and they have possibly the worst chemical toilet emptying facility I've seen in almost four months traveling through Europe and is out in the open in the passage between the male and female toilets. I also didn't think it qualified as an emergency as per the info sheet posted at reception so didn't think it merited disturbing any one. After all that, I offered him money as I would have gladly parted with a couple quid for their trouble and he refused so not quite sure what the point of it all was. Politeness cuts both ways buddy. I would have welcomed a friendly chat as I have had at most of the campsites we've either stayed at on our travels or availed ourselves of their facilities.

Excellent facilities. Clean, friendly and well maintained. One of the best sites I've been to.
