Halfords - Bilston Store

Went to Halfords in need of advice on a light that come up on my new car. Golf gtd. spoke to Steve Astbury. Who came out to look at my car 10 mins before store closed. He knew exactly what was wrong. Advised me on the part I needed. Literally fitted it right there on spot. Amazing person and amazing service. Would highly recommend Halfords bilston

Terrible place. Brought a bike from here 8 months back with 2 year guarantee on it. The front crank kept on coming loose. I went their 5 times about it coming loose and that they was a knocking sound coming from the crank. All they did way keep tightening it up. They also lied to me about my wheel being buckled when it wasn't and then they had the cheak to blame the problem on me f***ing cheaky c**ts!!!!!!

Popped in to get windscreen repaired. Can't do it mate! it was half 4 couldn't be arsed more like... anyway don't bother with these for windscreen repairs they obviously don't know what they're doing.. they gave me the autoglas number and said they'll do it for me 😂 go straight to autoglas the professionals
