Cannot understand all the previous negative feedback. The ladies on reception are polite and helpful. I would like to see how some of them would handle the pressure. They could not. So In a bit shell, treat people like you like to be treated. Respect is good way to start.

Not happy with the service i was given at the surgery this week. The new greek lady on reception was rude, abrupt and  very self centred. I will be changing my doctors surgery due to this circumstance, with nicer people! I do not agree with the way she treats and talks to people which results in not getting a precise diagnosis to my pain.

The worst. Can never get an appoitment even when I ring before 8am. Completely oversubscribed. They forget to give you important test results and forget what your health history is so you are asked questions like ‘why did you go for a blood test’ - because you sent me. The receptionists are unforgivably rude. Moving soon.

My mum nearly died  because of their inability to diagnose her problems properly. They kept prescribing the wrong medication and when her condition got worse, she went to Specsavers out of all places who were very worried and said she needed to urgently go to the London eye hospital. After that point she then had an emergency operation which saved her life. This old school clinic is rubbish.
