Lovely food and friendly staff. Building a bit messy.

Possibly the worst customer service ever.  I called regarding a missed call to be told the order hadn't even left.  Call the number back no answer so called the shop. Well hello you again with the worst attitude I've ever met .. hun don't bite at me and tell me my order will be cancelled without looking at your own attitude towards customers hun I've already called ... regular customer here F$$k you Foods decent ... your girl answering the phone is a disgrace

got a casual kebab from this place the usual order i do, came with grease falling out the side and kebabe falling out the side looking like a lightskins foof. was then on the toilet all night with my bowels ejecting what looked like shreks swamp water, ready dissappinted wasent even offered a refund, never EVER ordering here again

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. We are regular customers and have never been disappointed, the food is always fresh, tasty and hot. Extremely highly recommended

Customer service was awful; when I told them I had chicken and ham in my Spanish omelette; with no warning; I was told that’s how they do it; it went straight in the bin; I couldn’t eat it due to religious reasons. They put the phone down on me twice; this was the owner of the business; saying he can’t understand English; when I could  understand him. Our food took 1 hour and 30min to arrive and we were getting it delivered in livingston. The chilli pepper chips were soggy, never order again; won’t eat from here even if it’s free food. They wouldn’t refund me either; or refund some of it, never again. Would give no star but so it can be seen here; gave one star.

First time ordering from this establishment my partner ordered Mini spring rolls, mild chicken & mushroom curry fried rice & prawn crackers.  We received jumbo spring rolls we only like mini ones and curry had no mushrooms & was like water as that’s what they used to make it mild instead of yoghurt or cream.  Called them to come pick it back up and return money & was told we got what we ordered that we didn’t ask for mushrooms I heard partner say chicken & mushroom several times whilst on phoneand they refused to refund then hung up on us.  Partner had to get taxi to Livingston village & back.  I would not recommend ordering from them girl on phone can’t take an order customer service is a disgrace and food is awful I’m not a qualified chef but even I know you add cream or yoghurt & not water to make a curry mild.  Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Food was okay. Our order came to £21.70 tonight and we handed over x2 £20 notes.. £40. Our change was £8.30. It should have been £18.30. Your til will be up a tenner. We only realised when we got home.

honestly fell in love with the food and the customer service was a fantastic 10/10 the man was a lovely little delight to speak to defo would like to order in person again ;

I’ve ordered from here several times. Really great food, good size portions. Would definitely order again. Highly recommended!
