-Food is good some days but bad others. 6/10 -Customer service is perfectly okay. 7/10 -Delivery time is a hit or a miss. Sometimes 30 minutes late, sometimes 10 minutes early. 6.5/10 -Overall 6.5/10 If I could give 3 1/2 stars I would but it’s definitely not a 4 star establishment
Order at least once weekly from here for last 2 years.the quantity is getting smaller and smaller. Used to be well full after food but I'd say the kebabs are 25% less meat lately and barely cook the nan or pitta now.sorry but time for a change I think

Most of the food was okay, but potatoes in biryani were not cooked through. Food was very late, arriving well after midnight despite an estimated delivery of 23:30.
Every time I order from here it is always hot and fresh and amazing !!!! The delivery is so fast and honestly 11/10 Definitely get a curry and some pakora from here !! Tbh everything I have ever ordered from here really good !
If I could give them one star I would. Ordered from Just Eat received half my order, tried to call back with no avail. Contacted Just Eat the next morning was on phone to Just Eat a couple of times until the actual restaurant contacted me telling me they would send of the second half of my order. After nearly an hour and a half later, I had no order, so contacted Just Eat again saying that I definitely now want a refund and that this was just completely ridiculous for a chicken burger. They said they needed to contact the restaurant again to confirm the refund, after getting a call back from them I was under the impression that the refund would be fine to go through with. WELL...THE RESTAURANT TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO CALL ME. A number of 3 times until I eventually pick up, I have a man on the phone calling me a liar and everything under the sun, saying I wouldn't be getting a refund from him then hung up. Truly disgusted about how I was treated, never order from them again. AVOID THIS PLACE
we order our meal witch came to £11.50 .. when it arrived they charged me £11.50 for a cheeseburger meal without the other food .. the burger and chips was frozen as the delivery driver was on the phone to sort the order out. . i was finally charged £6 for a frozen burger that got chucked in the bin!! then another £9.50 for the other food to be deliverd we go here regularly and after this I will go somewhere else from now on !! very disappointed
Always buy from here but the standards have went right down hill. Chicken pakora is horrible, everytime you get a donner theres more grease than there is sauce, pitta bread falls to pieces when trying to lift it as it's drenched in grease, always put cans of juice in beside the food and they get roasting. Any time you get a delivery it's an hour plus to travel not even 2 miles to my house. And any extras sauces you ask for is always forgotten. Needing to vastly improve there standards
Big order last week. Ordered a spicy chicken veg pizza and a fish and chips. Wow! Fresh quality & definitely go back again and again. Burgers are brilliant too
Dissing the business by losers with a lot of spare time on their hands. Quite a lot of porkies being told on here. Family order every 2/3 weeks. The food quality is great standard: fresh, hot & even if delivered 10/15 minutes over the specified time ppl take in consideration of traffic & stupid drivers on the road & yes sometimes the delivery guy is plain dumb which isn't really the businesses fault Oh, and when driver's decide to do a NO SHOW without a weeks notice well... That's why you get late orders & I applaud those businesse who still get food out & deliver with all theses problems going on. We are all quick to jump the gun. Next time think bcoz you don't know what the reason could be. The service is amazing, definitely cannot fault it. Just some very nasty ppl who have a lot of spare time on their hands & trying to mess up business for other hard working folk. Go get a life! Oh ,and the guy who said he ate the food and was sick for 2 weeks....what a bloody lie. When you get food poisoning, effect takes place within hours & you would go to A&E & onto a drip asap with a overnight stay in the ward- if this guy was telling the truth then begs the question why he didn't go back to the business & confront them BRINGING THE FOOD BACK to the takeaway ....by the sounds of it,this guy ate the food right & then decided to write a bad review coz he got his food late. What a loser! What's gonna happen if you get your food late. you had toast & what??!! Be thankful you have food on your table, there is starving children in the world who can't even get a drop of water. You know the fake /story-telling/loser/liar reviews from the factual. I am sure people are intelligent enough to know where the truth lies.
