Family run business, ate here during my site visits up north, on behalf of work. Food and staff were amazing, went over and beyond. I ordered the grill starter so I could try different pieces of food. The tarka daa was spicey and just how mum makes it.

Would not recommend a takeaway from here. Main course (meant to be a vegetable Chasni) was not only radioactive orange in colour ( off putting but would have been tolerable if it had tasted) but totally and utterly tasteless!! Bland, not even seasoned and no flavour whatsoever. Contained three pieces of potato and two pieces of cauliflower! Avoid!!!! Unfortunately inedible, and this means I will neither order takeaway again or eat in restaurant and advise others of this. Very disappointing experience.

I've been coming here since 2003 and I always leave feeling satisfied. Food is great staff are attentive and very pleasant and decor is very tasteful. Look at the reviews they speak for themselves.

Birthday celebrations here at Zaika this evening. Fantastic memorable night with family. Excellent food and service. Wonderful surprise with Happy Birthday sang to me later...fireworks and wine on the house and after eight chocolates! Thank you for making it extra special. Highly recommend and will be back.
