As an ex pizza chef I am always so wary of pizza joints, esp chain restaurants but I had various vouchers and was over at the shops with my mum so thought ack why not ….we were not disappointed! From the moment we walked in, and asked for a quiet table away from others, we were given excellent service in that we were lead to a table furthest away from people but still in the area that was ‘open’. The girl serving us was so polite and kind about the situation and had a lovely smile. We had to ask about using the vouchers and the girl explained how to use them and how the app/ordering worked - again very helpful & with a smile. Time to order - the girl again assisted and encouraged us to get our moneys worth again helpful & smiley Food: pizza was banging!!! Slightly shy with the toppings but tasty all the same. The side salad was simple but effective. We forgot pics Then we got my free birthday treat! OMG! I’m not really a dessert person but this thing was just delightful - some kind of lemon & white chocolate roulade What a love way to finish off! Drinks were expensive, food would have been too if it wasn’t for the vouchers and tbh I probably wouldn’t pay full price purely because it is so overpriced but that’s obviously how/why they do the discount vouchers and you are allowed to use more than one at a time! Overall it was a lovely meal - the girl serving was really nice, the food was decent and it was a good price - with vouchers!! Dropped a star cos without vouchers it is seriously overpriced!
Good food and nice atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the Ceasar salad, the dressing did not taste great and it had a boiled egg.
This was a very pleasant visit, the staff were working incredibly hard and it was very busy for them. The food was lovely and we were served quickly and the food arrived quickly. Never disappointed with Pizza Express and this is the second time we have visited this branch and have been happy each visit, will go again.Food: 5/5
Have been going here often with my family for 10+ years, my kids have all had pizza making birthday parties at some point. The food and staff have changed and not for the better. I always get the same pizza classic American so I know what to expect but this time having a burned pizza and frozen tomatoes on my bruschetta was unexpected. Maybe it was an off day but we wont be rushing back anytime soon.
We went on Boxing day and didn't have to wait for long to get a table. However, we expected a bit more of toppings on the pizza we ordered. Ofcourse we could have ordered extra toppings for a price. Nevertheless we had a good experience.Food: 3/5
Great place. Heating turned up a bit high but that's okay because I literally cannot sweat. Anyway, after that straight home for me. Didn't do anything else. Nothing. Honest.Food: 5/5

Had a lovely lunch at pizza express. Our waiter was a lovely guy, very attentive made sure our experience was a good one. Will definitely be back again.
Nothing special for the prices. £35 for two lasagne and diet cokes. Seated quickly and brilliant waiter. Worth it if it's not a regular thing.
Crêpe thin pizza dough that's no pizza, salad on pizza that's no pizza either, and salad is more than spinach leaves by the way, crowded place with small uncomfortable tables and seats and, of course, high prices. A real one time per life experience. Forgot to say that when I wanted to pay there was an option to 'donate' to some undisclosed... sonething . I obviously chose not to, since everything was so overpriced already.
