Assistant manager in livingston does not wash his hands after touching the phone or card machine then goes and makes pizzas. Think about it, customers touch that card machine, they might not have washed thier hands after going to the toilet etc. Its disgusting. Also the assistant manager forgot to put a topping on my pizza and blamed me for not reminding him!! What a joke. Hardly ever answer the phone when want to put order in for collection, this is not just when they are busy it is pretty much all the time. Most staff are great but the assistant manager is rude and needs to take his food hygiene course again or learn to wash his hand atleast!!

Usually Domino's is good but the last few times I've had one from Livingston they were over cooked and verging on the burnt side and we never really enjoyed it. We won't be going back in a hurry

The pizzas are always cooked well and have never had an issue with delivery it's just every time I've ordered there's been somthing missing, the first time sauces - had to wait 30 mins after delivery to get these. Then 3 times ordering the chicken fiesta pizza and never once received the sour cream drizzle and this time missing ingredients that I paid extra for. Also always missing out the extra cheese on every order I've ever had. It's not as if the pizza is bad, it's delicious. Just irritating that when you order your probably going to be paying for things that your not 100% sure going to get.
