If you need coffeeor breakfast before 8am in Blackburn this is the best place to come. The coffee is the best in town at this time. Its also very reasonable. As you come to expect from McDonalds the place was clean and efficient. I'm not sure about the skate park decor but that's just me. Great experience.
Easily the slowest service of any McDonald's I have been in. You get served quicker in most restaurants!! They had about 10 portions of chips prepared for the whole time I was there and unsurprisingly mine were lukewarm at best. Avoid
The food is good but everything else isn't great it isn't very clean and it can get really busy and there's been people fighting outside of this McDonald's in mornings that needs to be fixed
Food fine, higher ranking staff questionable.nnWitnessed who I assume is a manager shout at a young woman working fries. How is the shop floor a professional place to criticise your colleagues? Take it to the office! The whole atmosphere changed after so as a result I won’t be returning.
There is a lad that works here, he is called Daniel I think... if you know you know... now I don't know if this is common knowledge but he is the most polite person I've ever met and his customer care is second to none.nnAll staff and people in general could learn a valuable lesson from this lad. No doubt he will go on to achieve great things. Good luck lad whether you see this or not.nnBesides the food is as you would expect from a standard mcdonalds. Egg mcmuffin is my go to never had an issue with it me :
