I see Paul the respiratory specialist and he is amazing. He’s so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about his field. I have recently moved to this practice and my experience is so much better than my previous medical centre. Keep up the fabulous work you do Paul

I phoned the surgery at about 11.20 am as I had tried to order my repeat medication online but was unable to do so as I needed to book a medication review. I spoke to a nice lady who, when I explained my situation, checked my records and saw that I was in a queue to have the Medication Review at a later date. Straight away, she managed to order my repeat medication for me to collect in two days. All in all, it took me about 5 minutes speaking to her before my query was resolved. Well done Dinnington Surgery!
as others have stated the unfriendly receptionists hoard the appointments, whilst other staff share confidential information with neighbours , don't expect an appointment within 2 weeks, its soul destroying how this place continues to get away with this, when the actual doctors themselves are really good, the problem is access. However staff getting bonuses for their multi million pound Covid payments shows you what this place is really about , not interested unless there's a kick back
I had several appointments with Nurse Ellie Bell. She's kind, friendly andnprofessional. Never had an issue with the receptionist, nurses and doctor's.
