Refused to book an appointment for two weeks despite having appointments sooner, but only if you ring up as soon as the surgery opens every day.nnI was advised by the hospital after some tests to book an appointment with the GP as soon as possible, and I explained that I have a recurring work meeting that I can't leave to make a phone call first thing in the morning, when they're open all day, but they wouldn't budge.nnAbsolutely disgusting treatment.
I’ve recently changed doctors to the White Rose . I have found the receptionist very friendly and helpful. Having attended my first appointment I couldn’t have asked for a better service of care.
I recently had a colonoscopy procedure at White Rose Surgery and couldn't praise all of the staff who dealt with me highly enough. Right through from filling in the 1st form, to the last and all in between. Thank you for your very professional service and support.
Went for a lipoma removal, -lipoma was very big. I was petrified at the beginning but nurses and surgeon was very kind, caring and reassuring. All went very good, I am laughing at myself now for being soo nervous. The scar I have left is long but bearly visible, looks like a cat scratch . I will definitely recommend.
We as a family have been with this surgery for 11 years, yes it's undergone changes and some access issues as demand has increased in that time. However I cannot fault the service we have received. The staff despite being under pressure do a great job and we thank them wholeheartedly.
