Supposed to open up at 8:30 am tried getting through for half hour and tell me there is no appointment left after telling me to ring up at this time themselves I will be changing doctors the reception staff are shocking the doctors aren’t so bad

Absolute disgrace! Shambolic. Don't care attitude. Asked to make an appointment, can't do that anymore!!....have to ring on the day and ask if a Doctor is " available" on that day! Receptionist actually asked me " what exactly is your problem" told her it was an an on going illness and needed to make an appointment to speak to a Doctor of my choice, was told " you will just have to ring on the morning" as no specific appointments with a Doctor of your choice are available, so basically pot luck!. The only decent person there has now apparently left the surgery ( can't blame her). I am now in the process of changing my Doctors, whatever happens, i'm sure it will be better than this utterly useless practice.

weeks wait to see any doctor!! Pathetic , god help you if you need to see a specific doctor. I'm off to another doctors.
