On this visit I wasn't happy. The lady told me he had fixed the car. He hadn't and he'd gone home, and he would have known it wasn't fixed as the locking mechanism clicks on and off when driving.

I found all of the staff there to demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, going over and above to provide superb customer care. Excellent service. Can't praise them too highly

We are on holiday and had a problem mid afternoon wednesday. They got the parts in and fixed us first thing Thursday. Excellent service.

most unhelpful staff , do not know what oil to put in a brand new vehicle when sold with low oil in it . needed a door hinge as broken in under 12 months , not for helping just said go to the preston dealer bought 2 new vans at £20k each and this is the service you get . last nissans we buy !

Very happy with the service provided while choosing a new car. Recently visited the Lancaster/Morecambe showroom and was approached by a salesperson named Alice who noted what my requirements were and very professionally talked my wife and I through different options available. Alice was very friendly, knowledgable and very patient with us as we kept changing our minds as to what we really wanted. Car sale agreed, now just waiting for delivery. Alice is a great asset to your company and from a customer point of view will go a long way in her role.
