Bought a new Skoda from here. Toby was helpful with ordering and offered me the best price around made it worth the 250mile round trip!, I received regular order updates throughout my wait. Once the car arrived Mike was willing to fit around me for a quick handover. On collection the car was all in the showroom ready to go, Mike handed over the vehicle perfectly! The manager came out to shake my hand before leaving. Overall I would strongly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new car!
BRILLIANT SERVICE YET AGAIN!!! My partner and I have been customers of Škoda Morecambe for a while now and every time we go we are always impressed! Liam Service Manager and the team have looked after us so well, a really personal approach, that we keep returning. Dealt with Mike Charnley and I just wanted to say how polite and welcoming he was. Went above and beyond at every point throughout our interaction, something I haven’t yet experienced elsewhere.
