I have been completely delighted from start to finish in dealing with Lancaster Honda. Initially, my friend saw the car on the Internet, and although neither of us had physically seen the car or taken it for a test drive, following discussions with James, I felt confident that Lancaster Honda would not disappoint.
James worked very hard to offer an extremely competitive deal. The car was gleaming inside and out.
Ian was very patient with demonstrating all of the technical aspects. 100% delighted with the car purchase. Thanks to Lancaster Honda,  James and Ian, everyone in the service department, valeters, etc.
I would definitely return to Lancaster Honda.  A first class experience. Very well done. Keep  up the good work,

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Honda at Lancaster. There was no pressure with the sale but clear sensible advice and a no nonsense approach to the finance package and subsequent purchase of my new Jazz. Steve and Ian were both professional and appropriate at all times treating me (female) with equity and respect.
Having previously had a difficult experience with another Honda dealership, this came as a relief and has restored my trust in the company. I hope this trust continues in the coming years.

I bought my mother a used Honda Jazz from here, back in June. I was impressed from the start when the salesman brought the car inside, dried it off and sent me photos. He highlighted one or two tiny blemishes on the paintwork after I asked him to check the car over. I paid a small deposit and went and picked the car up, finding it exactly as described and prepared to a very high standard. The whole buying process was very smooth.

My mother loves the car and needless to say it runs beautifully. I've had two follow up phone calls from the salesman to check we are happy with the car; which we are of course. Altogether a great car buying experience and definitely a superior service to any other car sales garage I've used. 

I thoroughly recommend Lancaster Honda for anyone looking for a used or new Honda. Top class.

Great  friendly helpful staff. Great shop. I moved from another Honda dealer. 3rd service on my bike. Will be buying one this year off these chaps and new lady.

May i take this opportunity to thank Neil for all his help in trying to put a deal together, i snoozed and lost the bike i wanted that very day, but he tried very hard to find a another.  It has been a pleasure dealing with you and a real breath of fresh air, unlike the car trade.....
