I came to see Andy Wade at DSG when I purchased my Renault Kadjar 3 years ago. He was extremely knowledgeable, never pushy and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I returned last week to purchase my second car from him and again, outstanding service from him. Andy goes above and beyond and this is why I will keep returning to him for my future cars.

Friendly staff on phone & in person. Booked in quickly, sooner than expected especially with a courtesy car. The courtesy car was also better than expected and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process via a live web link and by phone. All time margins quoted were met, I didn't have to wait any longer than expected. Can't fault any part at all, my car even received a free wash.

DSG provide an excellent service. They are courteous and polite and nothing is too much trouble. I have dealt with Gemma, Andy, Mark and Graham and they are all extremely helpful. I would and have happily recommended DSG, for the their wonderful service. Can't thank them enough!

Adam the sales executive I dealt was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process, extremely helpful and a very nice person to deal with throughout. Delivery took longer than advised, however Adam kept me updated on the progress of my order throughout

No issue is too much and they always go the extra mile.Never any need to use Joe Bloggs garage when you get five star treatment, washed car and original parts plus reduced cost MOT with their service. Their service price is so competitive that you'd be daft or willing to throw your money away to go anywhere else

I do always feel cared for when I bring my car in for service and I feel that I can rely on both the reception and the mechanics to look after both me and my car. Thank you. It’s so nice to have it returned sparkling and clean.

Just wanted to leave another review for these guys. Staff are all extremely accommodating and nothing is too much trouble! Big shout to Andy Waide who goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

All Service staff very polite and efficient and attended to my needs. Car serviced quicker than expected and then cleaned. Excellent job done.

Could not fault the sales advisor at all . Adam wasn't pushy in any way and answered everything I asked in a great manner . Really pleased with my purchase and how smooth my exchange was . 10/10
