I have just collected my New HR-V from Lancaster Honda. This is the second car I’ve had from this dealership. I returned because the first sales experience was excellent and this time was just the he same. The sales staff were well informed and extremely helpful keeping me up to date with the process of my order. The car was headed over in perfect condition and I had a thorough explanation of all the controls and features. Thanks for all your help Graham. I look forward to seeing you in 6 months for my vehicle’s check over.
Visited Honda on Sunday - good range of vehicles new and used. Easy to find location. The guy who dealt with us Martin Fish was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him! Will be revisiting this month and asking for the same guy - rare to get that ‘good-old’ customer service these days. So well done Honda for investing in their staff!

Purchased the FK8 type r last week ashton dealt with me all the way through and nothing was to much for him! He Explained every little detail on the car in and out and even on the test drive we done a fair few miles for me to get a proper feel for the car before i made my decision! Picked up my new Honda Civic Hybrid Sports today March 1st 2023 in Crystal Red beautiful colour really enhances all the curves on this brand new design. Love the car i have had Honda Civics for 20 years this is the best one yet drives like a dream. A big thank you to Martin Sales & to Danny Manager,who both provided the usual top qualiry service,everyone at Honda Lancaster are so helpful. Have to say their customer support & service is Gold Standard,nothing is to much trouble. So pleased with my new car. Olivia was great. She spent ages Finding me a perfect one from Blackpool and had it sent to us. I’m very fussy and she dealt with my demands with a smile and laugh She sorted out one issue straight away and even came and dropped off the car for us when had to get a tyre fixed. Thank you for all your help. Sure we will be back again in a few years for another.
