It seems like every time I come here to buy shoes, the very few staff that eventually appear seem completely despondent and vacant when I ask for a size. Then when they come back to say it's not in stock (again) it's in a manner like I just pooed on the shop floor. I went over to JD sports and found the same football boots, right size for £8 less! Plus with a very helpful and friendly JD staff guy. That's how to run a business!

This is not a review for Bromborough Sports Direct but there is nowhere to leave feedback for the online shop. I have to say I am utterly disgusted with Sports Direct. I went to Bromborough to buy a hoodie but they didn't have the size I wanted, the lady offered to order it for me, but I said don't worry i'll order it online.. what a mistake that was. I ordered the item online of 10th December and paid for next day delivery. Today is the 21st and I have still not received the parcel. I have emailed a number of times, and I have received one reply last week saying it's with the courier, but when you track the parcel it still says on it's way to the courier, they haven't bothered to reply to further emails. I have tried countless times to get through to the customer service line and it says at every time of the day that I have phoned, that they are experiencing high call volumes and to phone back later, believe me I've tried and NEVER get through, just cut off. They took my money on the 11th December but now I am assuming I will not receive my parcel or get to actually speak to anyone, this was a Christmas present that I ordered in good time and paid for and I think it's fair to say the customer service is absolutely terrible and I will never buy anything from Sports Direct again. If I could give no stars I would, you would expect a large retailer like this to treat their customers a little better!

Hi i would like to leave a review today for Adam at the Bromborough store. I was returning some school shoes and also some trainers that we bought on line. The school shoes were faulty and the trainers unsuitable. Adam was so helpful and nothing was too.much trouble. He is a credit to your company and you should be proud to have him on your payroll.
