I bought a bike through my job's cyle to work scheme in january and, from my first phone call to the store until the bike arrived, the service and communication were perfect. It shouldn't be, but it's so rare these days for a business to get the basics right - polite staff, helpful advice, great communication, fast replies to emails and efficient and careful despatch of the product. The easiest and most presurable purchase I've made in a long time. Would highly recommend.

Took my bike for brake pad adjustment, instead change the brake rotor. Didn't even solve the issue.No offence, but the mechanic there looks unskilled. Anyway overall their service was excellent, veryhelpful,kind & polite.
Over and above excellent help from this shop. I was looking for a folding e-bike. Though this shop don’t do a folding version they went over and above using internet searches to find and suggest what might be the right bicycle for my needs and where I would be able to source one locally. I followed their suggestions and am very pleased to have bought my ideal e-bike I’m only sorry I couldn’t buy from them! I would highly recommend the superb knowledgable service
I was hesitant on buying from their website as I’ve never dealt with this company before. Although they have a clunky website as some have mentioned, their customer service is TOP NOTCH! What I liked: •Delivery was super fast • super fast response to emails. • price matched and honoured their word. Overall I’m extremely happy and they have won me over as a customer. I will be buying from them again in the near future. 4.9/5
Great service from John & Tom , very helpful and knowledgeable about the giant roam e bike that I purchased, would definitely recommend cycle revolution if your thinking of buying a bike .
Visited the gents at Cycle Revolution this morning with an issue with my son's bike. They took a quick look and fixed it quickly and professionally. Will definitely come to see these guys again.
We went into Cycle Revolution to get some advice about a new bike for my Son. John helped us navigate the range of bikes highlighting the pros and cons of each as well as asking us the main use of the bike. This is customer service as it should be - knowledgeable, friendly and very considerate of our specific needs and wants. 10/10. Needless to say we had a great experience. Our Son now has a new bike, and I'm looking forward to using them regularly moving forward.
We went to Colchester Store today and were served by Mike. Both myself and my son bought bikes and found his service was exemplary going above and beyond in all aspects from helping choose the right bicycle’s for us and installing all the extras on and generally being really helpful. I personally have used Cycle Rev and Evo before and would recommend both stores in Colchester. Well done guy’s, for just 2 of you in the shop today you did exceptionally well considering there was a sale on. Pity other customers were not as patient as us. See you soon. J
Me and my mate brought e bikes and nick couldn’t be more helpful if he tried only went for a look last Saturday… no intention in buying on yet, this Saturday walked out with two nick done such a good job went above and beyond can’t recommend him enough Great service at cycle revolution compared too Kenetic revolution the lad there didn’t seem to know much about any bike or seems too have knowledge was all checking computer
