Can't rate them enough. Staurt and the staff were very professional and their advice an expertise was excellent. I was taken out to test ride the bikes to ensure I was making the right choice of bike before I made a decision. The team done adaptions while i waited, nothing was too much. I know now that I have the bike for me and will enjoy my cycling and will definitely be using the team for my future services. Toni .

Gave a fantastic service to my bike. Quickly diagnosed thr porblems and gave me helpful advice on issues to look out for and possible upgrades. The best bicycle service I have ever received. I will be using them for all of my future services. Thanks guys. Jack.

Really impressed with Cycles UK Romford. Needed a turbo trainer but knew very little about them. The store manager Stuart gave great advice; didn't over-sell and I purchased a quality product for less money than I had imagined I'd have to pay having looked online before I went to the store. All the staff in the Romford store were polite, helpful and friendly and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great place, amazing staff, high quality. Had the pleasure to be fitted with a bike and accessories by Stuart- excellent customer service and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I purchased a bike online for collection as this shop. I found Stuart, the manager, and his team to be very helpful in setting up the bike. I was so happy I spent another £240 on accessories. I will certainly return again in the future.
