Great service purchased myself and my son a bike, guys were quick, knowledgable and had both bikes checked and ready to go whilst we waited. Also great value on the bikes got a better bike than anticipated for the price. Highly recommend.
Visited Evans Cycles in Chelmsford as I was having a problem dismantling the bike ahead of shipping to Dubai and not much time. The mechanic / technical support, John, had a look at the bike immediately and provided some practical help. John's customer service was excellent and the issue resolved with a smile and lots of helpful advice. Excellent, thank you very much, I would not hesitate recommending Evans Cycles.
Called in this morning with my daughter and her bike as the back brake was sticking, preventing the wheel from turning. They fixed the issue and tightened a few other loose parts, all in about 10 minutes and with no charge - Thank you for the amazing service!
I just walked in to enquire about a Brompton bike. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. He reassured me about any concerns and he explained my options. I ended up walking or rather cycling out on my new bike. I appreciated the chance to have a try on different bikes and the expert advice.
Theres a reason the reviews are so good for the Chelmsford store and its because the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to look at a Brompton and they gave me loads of time and showed me how it all works and they were so helpful. Thankyou
Great store helpful staff. Bit miffed when asking about no experience new electric bike buyer. Told do not sell motorcycles and denied working on my husky scooter. 2 sets tyres. Inertube just 10 days ago and 2 sets brake pads. Never-ending, soon ralied and gave valuable advice. Not offended. 10%10 evans
Popped into Evans for a bit of friendly advice, ended up chatting to Jamie who managed to advise on my issue with my stem. Good range of bike ranges and accessories at a good price. Friendly staff, worth a visit if you're into bikes!
Popped in as was passing as my sons gears had stopped working on his bike, the guys didn’t mind looking at all and were happy to fix the issue. We will book their bikes in for a survey here on the back of this. Thank you for making my son happy again!!
Popped into ask about new disk brake pads for my back brake. John was super helpful and sorted my issue promptly.
