Simply amazing!!! Left two bikes with Charles for an inspection and some service. Both bikes fully inspected, all work that needed doing done at a very good price. Highly recommend this place to anyone who's serious about their bikes and wants them to be looked after!! 5 STARS

I have bought 2 bikes from this store and both bikes are fantastic value for money. A transition scout full sus bike and a kinesis trip star AT gravel bike. Never heard of these brands before but I am so pleased with the quality of these bikes. I am very grateful to Captiv bikes for recommending these bikes to me, rather than going to a high street store. Also go here for service and repairs. Charles the mechanic is the best bike mechanic. Would not let anyone else work on my bikes.
Quite possibly the best and fastest bike turn around. Will be using this shop from now on

Bought a couple of bikes and lots of parts from here and i can happily say Captiv is by far the best bike shop to work with. Very helpful & very straight forward when it comes to getting info on the right parts!
Dropped my Boardman road bike in on Tuesday afternoon for a new gear change / brake lever to be fitted and got it back today. It came back lubed, and adjusted. Very reasonable price , excellent turnaround time and the bike has never run better. Many thanks Roger.
