We finally tried Cut at 45 Park lane. We came here for their USDA steaks. Starters were nice especially the seafood and cheeses breads. Steaks were juicy and large and goes well with the sides and cauliflower steak. Get the recommended desert- it’s really good. Nice service and good wine list.
Probably my favorite steak restaurant in London. Everything was perfect from our starters to the wine selection, to the steaks and to the truffle fries. CUT is able to keep a super high and consistent standards and quality across their different locations globally Singapore, NYC, Las Vegas, etc. and I discover that time and time again. Super recommended.
Amazing steak, great service and super staff. I was in for lunch so not super busy but Jack who served me was great. Extremely friendly, very helpful and super knowledgeable with all the people he was attending to. Had the new on the menu scallop starter also and can highly recommend.Food: 5/5
One of the most exceptional restaurants in London. The experience here is unmatched anywhere else, including other Cut locations globally. If you are looking for a restaurant where every diner is made to feel special, this is the one to visit. All the bite-sized amuse-bouches to start the meal are spectacular, and really set the tone. The detail at this restaurant is amazing. Everything from these small dishes, to fresh cookies being served with coffee. Being vegetarian my options at steakhouses are often limited. Cut has a special menu to cater for this. My fellow diners also said that the steak is the best they’ve ever eaten. The service and quality of the food is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone! Yes, the prices are higher than many other restaurants, but for the experience it’s definitely worth it.
Always a pleasure to visit this venue. Great catch-up with my friend, and Jack was very attentive, food was always a pleasure, and the ribeye was amazing !! Wheelchair accessibility: there is a whee chair access as the restaurant is located on the ground flor and the fist few tables are accessible
Lunch for my mom’s birthday. The steak was a bit tough but the dessert was very nice.
Wolfgang Pucks Cut steakhouse has probably the best steaks in London, the meat selection is vast, prices for a typical steak range from around £50 to £180. Its a really nice bright restaurant overlooking Hyde Park and Park Lane. Very elegant service Michelin star level. The hotel also serves breakfast in the same restaurant, personally one of the best breakfasts I have had in London.

This is one of my all time favorite restaurants, and one I always try to fit in when I’m in London. The food is spectacular - the best steak I have ever had - and I don’t know that I’ve ever had better service. Everyone seems unbelievably eager to go out of their way to get you exactly what you want. I took my parents here for a lovely dinner while we were in town, and we were having a hard time deciding what to do until our waiter proposed a sort of sampler platter for us. We ordered one of each of the different types of steak, and they sliced and presented them for us so we could try them and compare. It was delightful and delicious, and felt wonderful to have them curate our experience. If you haven’t visited CUT, I cannot say how much I recommend it. It’s pricey, but out of the many high end restaurants I’ve been to, it always - ALWAYS - delivers.
