Lovely traditional steakhouse. They really nailed everything. I had the burger which is off base for me at a steakhouse, but it was very high quality ground beef. The butter mashed potatoes were especially delicious. The burrata was every bit as good as it was in Italy.Food: 5/5
We enjoyed a lovely evening. It was a birthday celebration which was noted on the reservation. We were made to feel welcome and given a nice table. The bread came fast and the first round for cocktails were not too far behind. The main course took around 40 minutes which was, in my view slow, considering we all had steak which takes a max of 8 minutes to cook. Second round of drinks took its time and when we did order dessert, it was very tasty. I was disappointed that the birthday was overlooked. Not so much for a “free” dessert, but to put a candle on the cake the birthday boy ordered would have been a nice touch. Especially given the size of the bill. Maybe next time.
The service was fantastic!! They made our experience unforgettable specially with my bf birthday cake. Thank you so much. Olga’s customer service was absolutely brilliant. She’s an asset to this company. NYC cheescake the best in London! Go for it!Food: 5/5

Amazing establishment, the food was impeccable and the service was top notch. My partner and I dined on Valentine’s Day and even with a fully booked restaurant we still got speedy service and didn’t have to wait long for our food. For starters we chose the calamari, the portion size was huge ! We had the 10oz filet steak for mains which was cooked perfectly and we added on of the half lobster which was utterly exquisite. They also served these “park rolls” which my partner could not get enough of. You could tell they were baked fresh and were just so light and fluffy. The passion fruit soufflé was well worth noting too as it was the perfect dessert to end the night. Would definitely dine here again.
One of the best steakhouses. The restaurant itself is inside the Grosvenor hotel off park lane, lovely decor, spacious, an have outside seating. The steaks, can’t fault them. Just be sure to ask about the different sizes if you’re not a big eater because sometimes they may only have bigger steaks, would be a shame to waste. They have good seafood selection, the crab cake’s wow! Also good selection for kids, finished off with the legendary cheesecake, I need say no more, just have one you won’t be disappointed, not joking, I’ve seen people just come in for these. An finally the staff, perfection, very welcoming, attentive to detail, your never left out of service.
We stayed at the JW Grosvenor this past week and couldn’t ask for a better dining experience right at the hotel. The food was delicious, the service from our wait staff above expectations. My wife enjoyed the burata salad. The creamed clam soup was outstanding. My wife had the half chicken with sweet potato mash. I had the crispy salmon served on a bed of spinach and a side of mashed potatoes. The salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly. We shared a cheesecake and wow. We were stuffed. There was no shortcuts on portion sizes. A thankful Shout out to Luca. He made sure everything was to our liking and got the timing of our courses perfectly. Friendly and professional all around.
Came here a couple of times before for oysters and steak. This time i still ordered oysters which were consistently good. However, the seared tuna and the sauteed spinach were too salty. The manager was very patient to listen to feedback, I'll be happy to return to see their improvement. Don't forget the dessert, i like their great selection of ice-cream flavours.
Best cheesecake in town, also the bread cake it’s 10/10Food: 5/5
Came for a light dinner on a Saturday around 1900 and it had a nice but calm buzz about it. Ordered the lobster Cobb salad which was 24gbp. They serve bread for the table which was warm and fluffy. The salad was great quality and did the job but if I was hungry would say its slightly small. One thing that is exceptional here is the service, it really stands out. Not the cheapest but definitely worth visiting.
