What a fabulous experience. My wife and I felt like we stepped back into the 20’s. The service was phenomenal. Right away our coats were taken and we were given an aperitif, olives, and gourmet pretzels these were a highlight. Our server helped us choose cocktails based on our likings. This was a core memory for us. We will not forget it and already can’t wait to return to the Connaught Bar.
Absolutely amazing place! The Connaught bar has received the best bar in the world award in 2020 and 2021 and in other years it is still playing in the top rankings. The service is immaculate and the drinks are unique and delicious. Obviously that comes at a cost but the whole package is definitely worth it in my opinion. We have been there before and will certainly come again!
The humble martini can be anything but humble when it’s done right and this is one of the best. I had mine made at my table from the martini trolley, it’s bespoke and you get to pick 3 components that you’d like yours to posses. Then it’s prepared with style, grace and professional enthusiasm! I just had one as I had a meeting after, so it was a perfect boost to my happiness levels. I’ll be honest, I do love Dukes if you know, you know and they’ll always have a special place in my heart. But I’ll be very happy visiting here and having one when I’m in that part of town. Excellent is the best way to describe the whole experience!
I literally had the best bar experience at the Connaught. No wonder it is the top 50 bars in the world. Even though the Martini is truly amazing but I think the overall service is what makes this place truly stand out. Even the doorman may just be the best photographer in London. Will recommend to anyone who visits London. It’s more than just a glass of the best Martini in the world.
We were very curious about their cocktail, it is Top 5 over the world. Tried four of them and weren't wow and even Arggg. Nothing crazy amazing for the price you pay. Nevertheless, it's a beautiful place and the service was very good. They gave us some olives and snacks when we arrived and well as a little cup which was absolutely delicious, even better than the cocktails. We wouldn't return and neither recommend it. They add +15% for the service

After seeing the Connaught Bar mentioned on way too many episodes of Topjaw, I was tempted to try it out. I arrived with a friend at around 9pm on a Saturday and unsurprisingly it was quite busy. We were escorted straight to the bar standing room only initially, before being seated around 15-20 minutes later. It was a nice touch to receive a complimentary taster of a gin based cocktail to start us off with, along with a few nibbles. We had 2 rounds of cocktails, both of which were quite enjoyable with some unusual combinations on offer. Once seated it was quite comfortable and the place had a really nice vibe. Staff members were very personable as well and made time for conversation despite being quite busy. We paid £117 for a total of 4 cocktails. While undoubtedly pricey, it was a great experience all round and I can certainly see myself returning in future.
Bucket list visit. 5th Best bar in the world and almost always in the top 10 for many years. Graceful service, artful cocktails, warm and relaxed ambience. Reasonable value too, considering the stature of this bar. The glass on the right, the No11 was amazing, the Connaught martini. Hand painted daily with edible paint. When in London, do not miss this.
One of the best bars in the UK Europe included, I came here to try this world's famous martini, I can choose my own bitters like I buy a perfume. But only an issue - 27 GBP for a glass of this. Bit too much and also the peel isn't done properly. Service tho great. But it's really touristy, and extremely loud.. so if you don't like that, not the best. But worth trying!
One of the best cocktail bars in the world - hands down. I would consider it even better than sips in Barcelona although the atmosphere is definitely more high-end in the Connaught.Food: 5/5
