Loved this place . Suited me just fine and it did 'what it said on the tin' Just 3 times a week , 30 minuite sessions - unless you wanted to stand and chat at the end of course The staff were great - Normal people ,it was all women , all ages from 13 - 80+ ! No judging at all - just getting fitter, toned up the wobbly bits You get weighed and measured once a month . Help and advice of you wanted it - no pressure . Great gym for women with or without curves already , tall or short - young or old. I joined 1st of January 2013 with my mum - we got in shape for my wedding in April that year and continued to go . I left a couple of years later as I hurt my leg in an accident but I am now looking at rejoining and with my own daughter this time . Was called 'curves' is now ' oasis women' I do beleive. They do not use weights here - it has 'set out stations' in between each hydrolic / pneumatic machine imagine lifting your car boot up and down repeatedly - those things theyre like a 'cardio board ' for example star jumps , jogging in the spot . Each station is for one minuite to a timer around the circuit twice, then finishing off by warm down stretching for 10 minuites at the end . Great stuff for all ladies! And you can work your jaw muscles too if you like a good chat and a laugh !‍
