Brought a laptop in to get repaired. I previously went to a local repair shop that couldn't help me at all but thankfully Curry's could. The staff at Curry's were very nice. They obviously don't like to keep people waiting as many staff members came up to me while I was waiting and offered to help. My laptop needed a new keyboard. In total it cost me £125. I got the laptop back about 2 and a half weeks later which I feel is a fairly quick turnaround considering they have to send the laptop down to England. Well done to all the staff members here. Very good customer service.
Unbelievable attitude from customer services was no help whatsoever problem not solved left although I swore not at him but about him as left so frustrated his attitude when asked questions was shocking over the years iv spent thousands of pounds in there wont be spending another penny so thanks m8 because of ur attitude ur company has lost a hellish lotta cash as people reading this won't enter ur premises
Shop wasn't busy but unfortunately they never had the item I was looking for. Staff were very helpful
Should be Zero Stars, i bought a 55 inch TV from this store, had issues with flickering picture & Brightness, phone their Tech Dept straight away no problem the store will replace it, i was then transferred to the store & they told me to contact Hisense, engineer never arrived, so today back on to the Tech Dept, no Ian you bought the TV on the 8/9/22 store have to replace it, so very careful i put the TV back in it's box, taxi driver helped me carry it careful & into the Taxi, get to Curry's they take it out the box place on stand, i go out for some fresh air, come back in 2 mins later, & get the big sorry NOTHING WE CAN DO AS THE SCREEN IS CRACKED!!!!! So be very careful about what you buy, & in my opinion if a TV screen can get cracked in transit it's not fit for purpose, & why is the responsibility of returning a faulty item put on the customer, if screens can crack that easy Curry's should come and collect it, Absolutely Raging PS since posting this, i have made a video of me kicking my old TV 20 times while wearing boots, yes kicked the screen 20 times, & there is no damage on that screen
Collection process is a mess. The online check is utterly meaningless - you are not ‘number 1 in the queue’. Indeed, there is no collection queue at all! Avoid the ‘ I am in store’ online check-in and ignore the ‘Collection’ desk sign - go straight to any counter to collect your order, otherwise you’ll be waiting for an order that never arrives.
Good service, friendly knowledgeable staff who destressed the shopping experience. In and out quick, no hassle, brilliant.
Plenty parking when you get there. Well stocked at reasonable prices. Helpful and friendly efficient staff.
Currys Coatbridge, if I could give zero stars I would. Went in to buy a laptop, great service from a young sales man very helpful, saw a set of headphones which were advertised on sale in the store was going to also buy these but could not find the sales man so went to the front desk and an old salesman who was all happy we were buying the laptop , we asked about the headphones and went over to see the headphones which we wanted only for the sales man to take the sale ticket off the shelf crunching it up in his hand and abruptly stating they are not on sale. I asked to speak with the manager only to be told he was the manager. I said fine I don't want the headphones and you can keep the laptop,there was no reason for the way we have been treated he was so abrupt. Will get a laptop and headphones elsewhere.
Would give manager of Hamilton store no stars if that was possible.. Had an insodent regarding a mobile phone contract I have was treated appalling by the manager who told his staff not to deal with m.. he also ignored me.. I put in a complaint and was told it would be dealt with then received an email saying hope you were happy with the result then closed the case.. I never heard a thing so curry's are rock bottom where customer care is concerned.. I will never be back they should be ashamed...
Brilliant shop and very friendly. The same woman who has worked there for years and never let's us down.
