Got new headphones for Christmas that weren't working properly the sound was fuzzy and my mic often stopped working when chatting online. The guy checked them firstly on the wrong console and only tried the console I had when i had to ask him. He decided there wasn't anything wrong with them but wouldn't try them against other head sets and refused to swap them over for me even though the problems happen quite a lot. Anyway...
Went to Braehead the guy checked them said that there had been a bad batch of those headphones and others had, had problems with them and he traded them no bother and was very helpful. I'd recommend staying away from the Motherwell store

Was handled by staff very professionally and was able to get in and out very quickly with 4 Xmas presents after been taken around the store by the girl who greeted me at the door.
