Really helpful staff, big variety of everything you possibly may desire. But before purchasing YOU HAVE TO READ ALL AGREEMENTS AND BUYING POLICIES…especially if you want to buy something unconsciously. But as I said stuff is really helpful, so probably they’ll help you to figure something out.
CeX has its fair-share of mixed stories online and in the press and it depends on which store you visit. The store in Motherwell has staff that are friendly and very knowledgeable. Yes the prices of items in the store are above the market average but so are everyone else's.
Had the displeasure of listening to Kelly shouting from the cubby hole to take my things away if I didn’t like the price, I was asking why it had went from £87 quote from manager to £63 for an Apple Watch. She decided to shout from the back that I don’t need to take the offer. The poor manager stood and apologised about the service to me, not sure anyone will challenge her abysmal service levels though. Treating people like that she should not be anywhere near a customer. Needless to say I took my sons watch back.
Great place for bargains when looking for games for older game consults ie PS4 games I got 2 older Fifa football games for my grandson for £1.50. Very helpful and informative staff are able to keep you right when buying items.
Some prices were ok, decent price on used ps4 game Death Stranding with a 48hr return policy. Their hardware in the other... An on GTX 1060 for £180...no chance. A PS5 that looked battered and abused for the almost the price of new.

Games and dvd prices are awesome obviously some a bit more expensive but that's expected, only thing we noticed was the girls seemed to be doing all the work while the guys stood about chatting..
Low prices, amazing quality and good service. Would recommend the game section. They have PlayStation 5 games, PlayStation 4 games, PlayStation 3 games, PS Vita games, even PlayStation 2! They have a range of Nintendo and Xbox games to, with low prices for Tablets and iPads. Amazing.
Really knowledgeable and friendly staff that are able to explain in great detail all about the games and devices they sell. So glad I shopped here, saved me a lot of time! Highly recommended. They also have a lot of DVDS and Blu-ray's, only small gripe is that I would have preferred movies to be organised by type, or action, comedy,, thriller etc rather than titles alphabetically . Though if you know what titles you're looking for you'll find them quick.
I have had some good deals from here. It is worth comparing prices though. All the staff that have served me have been pleasant and helpful.
