Been in this shop loads of times but few months  ago and today two different  staff  served  me on each occasion  both were very rude not helpfully  as a have worked  in retail  for 20 years myself  ano what am talking about think your staff on tills need some customer service  training

Much cheapness, dimly lit, staff look bored.
But you always need to walk the full length of the first aisle, past all the knocked-down tinned food fast approaching the sell-by date before getting to the interesting stuff. And i use the term loosly
