Went into Motherwell shop today and spoke to Ian who was super helpful about products, he also informed me that I could replace my loyalty card that I'd lost for £1. I would highly recommend this shop and it's staff.
Chris was extremely helpful, very insightful and had so much knowledge on all of the products available. Best customer service I’ve had by far!
Was in the VPZ shop in Motherwell. Chris who works in the shop was amazing at his job. I have never met anyone in my life suited to a job than Chris is to his job. The knowledge that Chris has is amazing. He helps me out getting a vape cbd oils which has no nicotine in them, he also helped my mum out who is struggling to stop smoking. Was very impressed and happy when I left the shop.
after shopping in every vape shop in motherwell and hamilton and looking online id highly recommend popping into the motherwell shop and getting advice on what to buy as there is sooo much choice. as someone new to vaping they were super helpful in helping me pick the right starter kit before moving up to a proper vape kit which i got at a great discounted price and saved me buying the wrong device online. lots of flavours and strengths to choose from too. there also a nice membership bonus on every purchase which is handy for saving up for a new device or just stocking up on your coils and salts. shout out to chris,nathaniel and ian who all provided a 10/10 customer service.
I have used this store for well over 2 years , service was fantastic always helpful and always had the required products I needed, spoke to various staff who were all fantastic very pleased they always put 10 bottles of vape juice by for me each month , thanks , but for some unknown reason my last 3 visits they didn’t keep me any and the final straw was yesterday when they just said oh we don’t have any we can order it for u , it this is what I thought they were doing , poor in my estimation as I’ve never used any other VPZ shops , loyalty ….
I go out my way to use this particular store, probably the best I've been in. Branch owners are top class and recommend Motherwell VPZ to anyone who is looking to get away from smoking or uses an ecig already.
Great store, staff are very friendly cater towards your needs. Varieties are excellent in liquids. Bit more expensive than your other vape shops but the flavour is class.
Great staff, the two guys are lovely and always really helpful. They are very knowledgeable and always have the time for their customers. Lovely guys!

By a country mile the best of the Vaporised shops in Lanarkshire area. Never any issues with stock, store staff friendly and helpful.
