Bought ring with Crouch 3 years ago, lost a diamond and took back to be replaced as there was a fault on the ring.  Was told by one of the staff that the Manager would contact me that week to confirm the problem, did not receive a phone call for 2 weeks, then after that the Manager Julie explained that the ring would be fixed and returned by their workshop in 3 weeks time, after a week received phone call to confirm ring was ready.  However unable to pick up until week after which was today.  Went back today and was given the ring to check, the ring still had a diamond missing, the work hadn’t been done.  What rubbish after sales service, the workshop did not do the work and the shop did not even check if the work had been done.  Will never buy in Crouch ever again.
