Felt a bit snooty the first few moments of my initial visit but actually they are quite professional, honest, and have excellent craftsman who took care of my repair exquisitely, exceeding my expectations. And it came with a glass of proper champagne. Recommend.

They enlarged my wedding and engagement rings. What a wonderful job. They looked like new rings when I collected them. Very friendly service. Would recommend them.

Professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend Simon and the team to anyone. Refreshing to have such a high level of customer service after not being taken seriously at a couple of other jewellers.
