Having been a customer of Fraser Hart for nearly 30 years, Paul the Manager has always gone above and beyond to please me as a customer. 
The store has a fantastic selection and our latest purchase was very smooth and easy going experience.

A few years ago I got an engagement ring from Fraser Hart which was around £400 and within a week one of the stones fell out and in the last month I purchased a necklace which the chain broke - I am very careful when wearing and storing jewellery and feel that these items were of a sub-standard quality along with the customer service here.
I will in future take my custom elsewhere and if you're looking for  jewellery of any kind I would suggest you go where the quality is better and your custom is appreciated.

Highly recommended, my engagement ring was brought here, the young lady was very professional, and we were able to both walk away with my amazing diamond ring.  I'll treasure it forever, such a special occasion, thank you from both of us.
