Drove 30mins over to this place especially to buy my daughter her school skirt, to be served by a very passive and rude red haired woman she seemed rather put out at my asking how long it took to print the logo onto the school skirt and if they had any skirts that already have the logo on! I was planning on buying 4 skirts but decided I’d rather buy the skirts separately and have the logos put on By a company that can cope better with customer service also the logo is stuck onto the skirt so probably has all the durability of a wet paper bag
We have purchased a number of items of Falmouth Town merchandise from the store over the last couple of years. Always good, friendly customer service and now in their new larger premises at Indian Queens.
Went here with my granddaughter for her school uniform got everything she needed staff are very helpful
First time in macron store for school uniform, dealt with rude pushy lady to have the uniform she thought i should have, which I'm paying for. Was about to give up and order online until came across shop worker Paul, who was absolutely lovely, very well mannered and polite, nothing was a problem. Excellent customer service skills, the lady needs to learn from him how to behave with customers.
All new clean shiny , lovely helpful staff, everything I needed for my son's school uniform for bishops c of e in Newquay. Prices reasonable, what else can I say , loads of parking and wheelchair Access.
