Nice club, good young professionals. A good mix of successful people. They have a restaurant, club room, decent gym, spa with cold plunge and steam room etc. it’s well located

I find the personnel at the spa reception ignorant and fake. I dislike it when you come to a place of zen and face people whose energy is not in a zen mode.

Not a member yet but overall very poor communication, not responsive, chaotic. If you have to chase someone for a tour like they are more busy and more important than you are then it is not the place you want to be. Very nice inside, tho a bit small common areas.

The rudest personnel I've even seen! Pretentious and extremely arrogant. I was considering joining the club, but was met with a superiority glance from the lady on the front desk who didn't even consider talking to me..When I've asked for some information, I've been insulted by some pretentious member who made sure to say three times that this was a private club and that He was a member and not me. The service is below any acceptable level and the behavior of the personnel is just appalling. I am a member in several gym clubs and I would highly recommend not to join this one, unless you like being treated below any standards as a client.

Kx became a place where a front desk ladies full set of a fake lashes and a glossy lips in a front desk of a sport club -‘just to get a picture what I am trying to describe here are more “ important “ than a clients . Extremely rude and arrogant, very poor customer service . I would never put my foot in there again . Avoid this place if you expect a good service and if you valu your time. No wonder why lots of people stop using this place . .

The best place in London ! Amazing trainers, amazing gym, amazing spa, perfectly tasty high class restaurant and amazing personal/Staff!. Feels like home eventhough I don’t live in London anymore! Highly recommend it,! Thank you KX Team for amazing moments !

I am a frequent user of the KX Spa for facials with Malvina and treatments with Dr. Kersh but in preparing for my wedding and a form fitting dress! I knew I wanted to explore some of their non-surgical procedures to help with my tummy area. After a free consultation with the fantastic Minu where we discussed a variety of treatments, I opted to go for CoolSculpt and LPG. I did additional research on CoolSculpt to better understand the process before booking in for my treatment in late December 2014. Spa Therapist Dimple oversaw my treatment. The treatment itself was was a bit awkward its sort of hoovers in the area you want to treat but not uncomfortable. Dimple was really friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I had a bit of swelling post the treatment but no bruising. Within 2 weeks I notice a difference and at the end of 3 months post treatment the difference was dramatic! I had 6 sessions of LPG to really tone my waist, hips and thighs just before I flew off for my destination wedding. The CoolSculpt made all the difference in my dress and the shape of my stomach has been changed permanently. I would recommend the treatment and the KX spa to anyone!
