The staff are rude and racist, they only ask BLACK people what they are sending - it’s invasive and none of there business, and no ur not asking for insurance purposes, if that was the case you would ask the value of the contents of the package, and they never want to work, lazy attitude
After a change around it has become a pleasurable post office to use once again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It can get busy during peak times but what post office is not? Use your common sense if you don't want to spend 20 minutes queing.

I've used this Post Office regularly for over 10 years and I've always found the ladies at the counters very pleasant and helpful. Yes sometimes there is a queue especially if on occasion only one counter is open but the staff always do a good job in my experience. A better Post Office than the next nearest one.
This post office ensures timely delivery of my parcels on a regular basis both for work and personal use. Friendly and communicate team. SR
Poor service, 70% of the time. A week before Christmas and they only have 1 staff member. Often the two women are chatting away on their phones as they serve you and have little idea of what customer service is

I’ve been using this Post Office for over 10 years. Staff are really friendly/ welcoming + I have always had great service!
The women working at the post office are so so rude and unprofessional. They are on their telephones speaking and will not acknowledge you , they just leave you standing there. They give out incorrect information. They need to go to interpersonal skill classes. Royal mail should seek to improve this branch as they are a poor reflection.
