Love this post office! I go there regularly to send my eBay/vinted parcels. To save time standing in line, they recommended the ‘drop & go’ service. What a life changer! The staff are always kept very busy & do well to get through customers as quickly as possible. There is a printing & passport photo service too :
I went to the post office with a pretty out of the ordinary request and little hope to solve my problem. The man at the post office listened to me, and was more than patient and helpful. Not only that he made the effort to understand my situation but he also gave me a significant discount which I would have never asked for given that I had a lot of documents to process. Every time I go there, the que is quite long but it moves fast as the workers are efficient and helpful. It is unbelievable how hard working the people there are and how they can still be polite with the costumers.
This post office, I strongly recommend it great customer service friendly and welcoming as well. They really helped me with everything I needed to do and offered me the best services to do am so grateful for everything they have done to help me. I would recommend this to all my friends and family and everybody else. I’m so happy because after my passport, my driving license my ID check everything in this post office so grateful to them. Thank you very much for helping me Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you all
LOVE THIS POST OFFICE.. Every time I have been to this shop, had the best experience. Its one of the best on lower road. The staff are kind and friendly. They know their stuff and provide you with all the information to help you choose the right service. What I like the most is that the team is like a family and they make you feel you are part of of it.

Never thought I'd write a review for a post office but here goes. For the past 3 years probably I've been coming to this branch. All I can say is absolutely amazing staff and customer service. Always a friendly face regardless of the difficult customers and they'd leave you with a laugh. Actually have a post office closer to my new place but still come to this particular branch. 100% recommended Thank you to Jeeban and Ayasmita the entire team
Never had an issue with this post office and have been using for many many years now from return to sending large and small parcel.. Always this guy's are happy to help and very informative.. Thank you for all service guys
The staff at this Port Office is always very welcoming and helpful! Which can be unusual for a busy city like London... just glad I always get the best customer care whenever I come here.
Thanks for responding, but ive had to re write my review as you did not understand me the first time. You have a pay station at the front of the shop with a sign hanging from the ceiling. It says all the jobs you can do at that till, including cash deposits and withdraws. Why is that sign hanging from the ceiling as im always told you can not do it ? Do you need a photo?
Customer service was outstanding and staff were very polite and friendly. Would recommend this post office for anyone who’s looking for post office services
