Customer service is second to none! The staff are extremely helpful, speedy and informative. Bee was exceptionally insightful which made the process quick and painless. There was also a great rapport with her colleague Naathi which warmed the experience.
I have always visited kennington park post office. The staff are very friendly. They are very efficient and professional. I use this post office to send my items and collect my parcels too. The service advisor Penny, who served me was very courteous, friendly and quick. I would like to thank her and the rest of the team members for their excellent service.

Great customer service. I was served by Naatu and she was fantastic. Took her time, explained the process of what she was doing, and had excellent customer service. Even though there were still people inside past closing, they were not in a rush to kick anyone out.
Cashier made a big song and dance about accepting a parcel for evri that was 121cm and the max was 120cm. When she was about to add the sticker she ran off to her manager and told him it was 122 cm and got refused. Wouldn't of left a review if you had rejected it straight away
I hate going to post offices because the staff aren’t friendly but ever since I’ve been coming to the Kennington branch, Naautu has been nothing but nice to me. Very friendly and very helpful . She is truly a breath of fresh air. Well done!!

In this post office there was a person named VINCE even though he did not service me he helped everyone walking in directing them to the right window while doing his task expediently. I was so impressed by him I asked his name to make sure that I write something nice about him that he deserved. My experience with this post office was very positive.
Kennington Park Post Office is a very welcoming place to deal with all your postal stuff. A well organised place and nice staff. I met NAATU and her service to me was exceptional. She really took time to explain to me the options available to my understanding and the best to go for. KUDOS!
